Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Passero, a companion app for referral and networking chapters provided by Kilroy Roboto LLC ("we", "us"). By signing in or using Passero you agree to them.
Accounts
Your chapter's leadership creates your account and sets your role. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for what happens under your account. Tell your chapter leadership or us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
What Passero is for
Passero helps chapters record weekly activity, manage the roster, run meetings, and support members. It is a record-keeping and coordination tool. It does not submit anything to BNI or any other organization on your behalf; reporting to those organizations remains your responsibility.
Passero is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BNI or any other networking organization.
Your content
The numbers, notes, and other information you and your chapter put into Passero belong to you and your chapter. You give us permission to store and process it in order to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for making sure what you enter about other people is accurate and that you are allowed to share it.
Acceptable use
- Use Passero only for your chapter's legitimate activity.
- Do not try to access another chapter's data or another member's account.
- Do not probe, overload, or interfere with the service, or attempt to reverse engineer it.
- Do not upload anything unlawful or anything you do not have the right to share.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Passero available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, add, or remove features, and may suspend or end the service or an account that violates these terms. We will give chapter leadership reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kilroy Roboto LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Passero, including lost referrals, business, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, your chapter paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update the effective date above and let chapter leadership know. Continuing to use Passero after that means you accept the new terms.
